In January 2012, The CARE Center (formally known as The Center for Family Life and the Children's Advocacy Center) underwent a renovation that would ensure efficiency and comfort for all clients, staff and visitors. The CARE Center would not have been able to accomplish this without the generosity of many dedicated and caring individuals who recognized the need of this agency within our community.
These interior designers implemented their designs for the supervised visitation spaces; all while keeping the children as the central focus of their design.
Students from the Child Development and Family Relationship Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania raised funds for The CARE Center to purchase new age appropriate toys for those children whom visit.
The District Attorney's Office is a member of the Multidisciplinary Team that works to ensure that children are interviewed in a state of the art and child friendly environment.
